1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any service, platform, or content provided by D-REVEAL (collectively, the "Service"), including the D-INSIDER platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, subscribers, and any other parties who access the Service. D-REVEAL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

D-REVEAL provides financial data intelligence services, including but not limited to the D-INSIDER platform, which tracks and displays publicly available insider trading filings (SEC Form 4, SEDI) for informational purposes. The Service is intended for informational use only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize D-REVEAL to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the rate displayed at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• D-REVEAL reserves the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.
• A 7-day free trial may be offered on select plans. After the trial period ends, your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial expires.

5. User Accounts

To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify D-REVEAL immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. D-REVEAL is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Reproduce, redistribute, sell, or sublicense any content or data from the Service without written permission from D-REVEAL.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to make investment decisions without independent verification and professional advice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. D-REVEAL does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data presented is complete, accurate, or up to date.

All financial data displayed is sourced from publicly available regulatory filings (SEC, SEDI). D-REVEAL makes no representations regarding the accuracy or timeliness of such data. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial or investment advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, D-REVEAL and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall D-REVEAL's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to D-REVEAL in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, software, and materials on the Service are the exclusive property of D-REVEAL and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein. D-REVEAL does not sell personal data to third parties. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and is subject to their privacy policy.

11. Termination

D-REVEAL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, D-REVEAL, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. No refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, failing that, through binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

13. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

D-REVEAL uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Service. By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the use of cookies as described in this section. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Service or configure your browser to block cookies (which may limit certain functionality).
